Quick Reminders for Examinees:
• First Come, First Served: Slots are limited per day.
• What to Bring: Mongol #2 pencil, ballpen, and your valid ID.
• Attire: Please wear proper academic attire (No shorts, slippers, or ripped jeans).
* Not wearing proper attire cannot take the exam and advised to change proper attire
• Be Early: Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled exam time.

Please check the attached list for your Sequence Number and carefully review the posted schedule for the Program Level Screening according to your respective course.

✅ All qualified applicants are required to visit the Guidance and Counseling Center of TPC first on their scheduled screening date before proceeding to their respective program screening.
✅ Applicants may already bring the required enrollment documents.
✅ For those who messaged us regarding the rescheduling of their screening, please find your Sequence Number under your respective course schedule.

Please be guided by the following schedule and requirements for the signing of clearances:

🔹 For All Undergraduate Students
Starting April 16, 2026
🕙 Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN
🕒 Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
• Individual Inventory
• Instructor’s Evaluation

🔹 For Graduating Students
Starting April 20, 2026
🕙 Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN
🕔 Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (if not a 4-day work-week)
4:00 PM – 6:20 PM (during a 4-day work-week)
Requirements:
• Individual Inventory
• Instructor’s Evaluation
• Attendance in the following:
-Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS)
-Mock Interview
-Job Fair
• Exit Interview (google form & face-to-face interview)

What You Should Do?

Before your program screening, you are required to visit the Guidance and Counseling Center of TPC on your scheduled date.
