𝙍𝙇𝙀𝘿 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙇𝙈𝙄𝙎 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙩 𝙏𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙖𝙣 𝙍𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩

The Regulations, Licensing and Enforces Division (RLED) back to back with the Electronic Logistics Management Information System ( ELMIS)of the Department of Health- Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD IX) visited and conducted a monitoring and evaluation to Talusan Rural Health Unit last August 19 & 20, 2025.

The RLED team monitored the licences, services, personnel , physical Set up along with presentation of the documents and policies of the Primary Care Facility (PCF) while the ELMIS team monitored the functionality of the system and provided technical assistance.

An open forum and feedbacking was done after the monitoring and evaluation wherein the team gave a positive feedback in the licenses.

The Rural Health Unit- Municipality of Talusan was one of the choosen facilities to be given (1) one unit of Ambulance (Patient Transport Vehicle) from the Philippines Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO)

The ceremony was attended by no less than our very own President Hon. Bongbong Marcos Jr with the presence of our Provincial Governor Dr. Ann K. Hofer and our supportive Municipal Mayor, Hon. Gilbert T. Edem along with the Municipal Health Officer Dr. Fidel V Pondevida Jr.

We would like to express our utmost gratitude to this very generous donation. This would truly help in the easy referral of our constituents requiring further management.

Strengthening Health, Empowering Communities! 💚👩‍⚕️

We successfully held our Family Planning Training for Barangay Health Workers, aimed at equipping our frontliners with knowledge and skills to better serve our communities.

Though not physically present, this activity was made possible through the leadership of our MHO Dr. Fidel V. Pondevida Jr., MPH, whose guidance remains steadfast.

A heartfelt thank you to our DTTB, Dr. Sean Domonique C. Maghinay, for his inspiring Opening Remarks, and to our ever-energetic Team Leader Glenda S. Acabo, who brought life and positivity to the training. 💫
