Twenty-six (26) new COVID-19 cases for the Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
Patient 1146: A 45-year-old male from Brgy. Kauswagan, Dapitan City who developed fever, diarrhea, and cough with body malaise last April 22, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 27, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently isolated.
Patient 1147: A 62-year-old female from Brgy. Dawo, Dapitan City who developed body malaise with altered sense of smell last April 24, 2021. She is a close contact of patients 900, 902, 901, 879, and 931. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 27, 2021 which yielded positive result.
Patient is currently isolated.
Patient 1148: A 10-year-old male from Brgy. Dawo, Dapitan City. He is a close contact of patients 900, 902, 901, 879, and 931. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 27, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 1149: A 40-year-old Male from Purok 4, Poblacion, Godod who presented with fever, fatigue and muscle pain. RT-PCR was collected on April 27, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 1150: A 37-year-old male from Brgy. Miputak, Dipolog City. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 28, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 1151: A 48-year-old male from Brgy. Olingan, Dipolog City who developed cough last April 25, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 28, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently isolated.
Patient 1152: A 40-year-old male from Brgy. Sinaman, Dipolog City. 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 28, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 1153: A 35-year-old male from Brgy. Sinaman, Dipolog City. 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 28, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.

Patient 1158: A 32-year-old male from Brgy. Minaog, Dipolog City who developed fever, sore throat, cough and colds with altered sense of taste last April 26, 2021. He is a close contact of patient 1087. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 27, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently isolated.
Patient 1159: A 68-year-old female from Brgy. Galas, Dipolog City who developed general weakness with altered sense of smell last April 24, 2021. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 27, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently

Patient 1160: A 52-year-old male from Brgy. San Jose, Segio, Osmeña. He has been exposed to patient 1038. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 26, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 1161: A 65-year-old male from Brgy. San Jose, Segio, Osmeña. He has been exposed to patient 1038. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 26, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.

Patient 1171: A 19-year-old female from Brgy. Villaramos, Manukan. Specimen for RT-PCR was collected on April 28, 2021 which yielded positive result. Patient is currently admitted at Zamboanga del Norte Medical Center.
