This is one of the reiki principles that we as reiki practitioners must practice at all times and teach to the rest of people.

This was the day when the stars and the cosmos aligned to incarnate me in this human form, and throughout the many years that I have lived, I have discovered and chosen this path to continue to fulfill the purpose that the divine light presented to me.

May my existence leave some imprint on the souls I've served. Crossing paths and sharing moments with each soul has taught me a lot of things and helped me improve myself every single day.

Sabi ng mentor ko before:

My ego totally blocked my higher self because of lack of "sense of self"."

Resisting pain is also a way to reject and suppress your emotions. A way to abandon the side that needs attention from you, which is paradoxically what you also need from the people around you. Sadly, they'll grow bigger and turn into shadows. They will haunt you until you own the darkest part of you.

It is true that, how you treat yourself will be projected to the people around you. Even if you think you are the victim, you could also be the cause of your weakness and suffering. Lalo na kung nasa tamang edad ka na at marunong kanang eprocess ang isip mo.
