🔹 A – Alone: Babies sleep safest without pillows, toys, or other people in the crib.
🔹 B – Back: Always place your baby on their back to sleep—never on the side or tummy.
🔹 C – Crib: Use a safety-approved crib with a firm mattress and fitted sheet. No loose blankets or bumpers.

👶 These three steps help reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and other sleep-related dangers. Let’s make every nap and bedtime a safe one. 💛
