In celebration of World Mental Health Month, the NMSCST Guidance and Testing Office invites everyone to join our Acts of Kindness Week! 💚

Let’s spread positivity by encouraging everyone to do small gestures of kindness anytime, anywhere. Whether it’s sharing a smile, lending a helping hand, or offering words of encouragement, every act counts!

How to Join:
1. A Kindness Wall will be posted here on the official page of the Guidance and Testing Office, where participants can comment their acts of kindness , anonymously or openly.
2. Each day, a new kindness prompt will be shared on the wall to inspire everyone to keep the kindness flowing throughout the week. 🌼

Let’s fill our wall with stories of compassion, hope, and humanity. Together, let’s prove that kindness heals, solidarity strengthens, and hope endures. 💚

October is World Mental Health Month!

The NMSCST Guidance & Testing Office proudly joins the global community in honoring this special month dedicated to mental health awareness. This celebration reminds us that mental health is just as important as physical health, and it is something we must nurture every day.

In our daily lives whether in school, at work, or at home mental well-being plays a vital role in how we connect with others, make decisions, and live with purpose. This month is a call to strengthen our support for one another, to listen with empathy, and to create spaces where no one feels judged or alone.

As we move forward, let us be reminded that compassion heals, solidarity strengthens, and hope endures.
