I always look forward to Saturday mornings because it give me the luxury of time to do a full body flow. But I also love my 10-20 minute practice everyday. 😊

Sharing with you my balancing practice this morning. What was my reflection while holding that warrior 3 pose? To practice balance, you need to focus your attention on things that matter and let go of the extra. And in order to do that, you need to go back to your "core" because it's where you separate the trivial from the essential.
