WHY: VC ROTC conducts drills and devotions to develop both discipline and moral values among cadets. The drills build physical readiness, teamwork, and obedience to commands, which are important in military training. The devotion, led by Pastor Christopher Seraspe, strengthens the spiritual and moral foundation of cadets, reminding them of respect, service, and responsibility not only as future leaders but also as individuals with integrity. Combining both ensures that cadets are trained not just in skills and discipline, but also guided by faith and values that shape their character.

Since cadets often work in groups and sometimes in field conditions, these practices are essential for discipline, overall well-being, and mission effectiveness.
