Dream big, explore new paths, and let your future begin!

A huge thank you to everyone who made the Junior High School Career Day a success! 🎉 On December 17, our Grade 7-9 students had an inspiring day exploring career options in partnership with the GuidanceNGO. On December 19, our Grade 10 students had the privilege of hearing from Don Bosco alumni and a Salesian Brother, who gave insightful talks about the exciting Senior High School paths that await them.

Special thanks to the JHS Student Council for their hard work and assistance throughout the event, and to our fantastic hosts for keeping everything running smoothly! 🙌

We truly appreciate all the speakers and participants who made this event memorable and inspiring.

Here’s to exploring new possibilities and building bright futures!

The Guidance and Testing Office has organized mental health activities for Senior High School students, with a strong emphasis on fostering resilience. The activities included solving brain teasers, bracelet making, and art projects, all of which demonstrated students' resilience and problem-solving skills, reinforcing the idea that giving up is never an option. On the final day of the event, both LaMPs and Bosconians demonstrated their commitment to combating the stigma surrounding mental health by wearing green.

“Remember, there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end.” — Scott Adams

On the second day of anti-bullying week, Senior High students transformed the campus into a kindness kingdom by unleashing their artistic flair on some rocks! And to wrap up the fun, students showered their classmates with heartfelt notes of kindness and cheer! They even crafted their own anti-bullying pledge, locking in their promise to stand up against bullying like champions!

What is AKAP?

The outbreak of COVID-19 is something we didn't see coming. As the virus spreads, suddenly the things we enjoy in school are now out of hand, fear and worry also spreads- all of which might affect one’s mental health. Even if we are asked to be physically distant during quarantine, Don Bosco Tarlac (together with its Salesians, Lay Mission Partners, and student leaders) has created this FB Page as our way to connect, give support, spread positivity and send each other socially distanced hugs!
