A Nation of Lifesavers in the Making: PRC Tarlac Leads the Preparedness at National CPR Day ❤️

In an inspiring celebration of National CPR Day, the Philippine Red Cross – Tarlac Chapter proudly took center stage at Central Azucarera de Tarlac High School Main, breathing life into this year’s powerful theme: "Shaping Culture: Towards a CPR-Ready Philippines."

This celebration goes far beyond training — it is a movement. A movement to create a generation that no longer hesitates, no longer fears, and no longer waits for help, but becomes the help in times of emergency. From every chest compression to every heartbeat saved, we inch closer to a future where every barangay, every school, every workplace becomes a safe haven for those in need.

Through the unwavering commitment of PRC Tarlac and its partners, we are not just celebrating CPR — we are shaping a culture of readiness, resilience, and responsibility.

Because when more hands know what to do, more lives will be saved.

Bridging Service with Compassion: Strengthening Humanitarian Partnership Between PRC Tarlac and the Provincial Government of Tarlac ❤️

In a strong show of solidarity and commitment to public service, the Philippine Red Cross – Tarlac Chapter, represented by its passionate staff and respected Board of Directors—Vice Governor Estelita Aquino, Board Member Harmes Sembrano, Directors Benigno Chua, Luciano Paras Jr., Richard Co, and Dr. Guillermina Tabamo—paid a meaningful courtesy visit to the Provincial Government of Tarlac, warmly received by Governor Christian Tell Yap.

This high-level engagement served as a platform to reaffirm the shared vision of both institutions: building a healthier, safer, and more resilient Tarlac through strengthened collaboration in humanitarian initiatives. From disaster response, health and blood services, to youth engagement and community preparedness, the Red Cross and the Provincial Government of Tarlac leadership continue to walk hand-in-hand in creating a future where no one is left behind in times of need.

Governor Yap’s steadfast support and commitment to humanitarian work has always been instrumental in amplifying the reach and impact of the Red Cross in the province. With renewed partnerships and united leadership, this visit marks not just a ceremonial meeting—but a purposeful alignment of missions rooted in service, compassion, and unity.

Together, we stand ready to serve. 🤝🏼❤️

Youth in Action: Red Cross Empowers Future Rescuers in Disaster Preparedness Drive ⛑️

In celebration of National Disaster Resilience Month, the Philippine Red Cross—through the dynamic efforts of the Don Bosco Technical Institute of Tarlac Red Cross Youth Council—spearheaded an engaging educational session on disaster preparedness, with a spotlight on health threats such as dengue and leptospirosis.

Through interactive discussions and hands-on learning, our young volunteers stepped up not just as students, but as future frontliners—equipped with the knowledge and heart to safeguard their communities. This initiative proves that resilience starts with awareness, and the youth are at the forefront of shaping a safer tomorrow.

A heartfelt thank you to our passionate Red Cross Youth members whose dedication turned this learning session into a powerful movement for change!

Empowering Lifesavers, One Member at a Time! 🚑🩹

As part of the upcoming First Aid Olympics, the Philippine Red Cross – Tarlac Chapter, in partnership with the Municipality of Concepcion, conducted the Membership with Accident Assistance Benefit (MAAB) registration for participants.

This initiative aims to prepare and protect our future first aiders—not just for the competition, but for real-life emergencies. Through MAAB, members are officially part of the Red Cross and are covered with accident insurance, promoting safety, preparedness, and humanitarian values.

We thank the Municipality of Concepcion for supporting this effort in strengthening community-based disaster response and youth involvement. Together, we are building a safer and more resilient community, one lifesaver at a time. ❤️💪
