We ended our National Hospital Week with a slam dunk as our staff members enjoyed a friendly basketball game at our very own Nick Talon Multi-purpose Facility. 🏀

It was the perfect way to practice teamwork, camaraderie, and the spirit of fun, all in line with our theme “Hospital: A Healthy Workplace for All sa Bagong Pilipinas.” 💚

Happy Anniversary, Our Lady of Remedies Dialysis Center Incorporated!

We honored a patient who has been with us since 2022- faithfully coming 2x a week for dialysis. She and her son travel all the way from Bayambang, Pangasinan to Tarlac City by motorcycle--a true testament to her trust in the care we provide.

Whenever she or a family member requires confinement, they always choose Talon General Hospital. She particularly singled out one doctor who in her words is "napakabait".

With Dr. Raymond Nolasco Flores Talon, TGH Medical Director and OLORDCI Board- whose steadfast support and dedication have always been a source of inspiration to us.

As part of our National Hospital Week Celebration, we hosted a simple yet impactful talk on Customer Service and its effect on our team dynamics, led by our very own Ms. Joanna Talon, Executive Assistant, and Ms. Elynor Maquidang, Quality Management Coordinator. 🌟

The session reminded us that great customer service doesn’t just benefit our patients but also strengthens our teamwork, improves communication, and builds a more positive work environment. 💚

Our National Hospital Week Celebration became even more meaningful with the mental health talk for our employees, “Together and Thriving: Teamwork & Self-Care for Workplace Well-Being”, presented by our guest speaker, Mr. Rafael Opsima, Clinical Psychologist from DOH Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center. 🧠✨

We learned valuable lessons on mental health, the importance of self-care, and creating a healthy workplace culture. Thank you, Mr. Opsima, for sharing your time, knowledge, and passion with us. 💚

Our TGH family danced it out during our Zumba session for National Hospital Week 2025 and we were thrilled to be joined by our very own Dra. Pat Talon! 🥳
It was a fun reminder that dancing isn't just a physical activity, it also boosts mood, reduces stress, and strengthens workplace camaraderie. 💃

Talon General Hospital Celebrates National Hospital Week! 🏥

We officially kicked off our NHW celebration with a joyful opening program, which began with heartfelt messages from Ms. Joanna Talon, our Executive Assistant, and opening remarks from Ms. Virginia Lopamia, our HR & Administrative Officer. Their words set the tone for this year's theme, "Hospital: A Healthy Workplace For All Sa Bagong Pilipinas", recognizing the importance of the well-being of healthcare workers.

The program's highlight is the lively performances from our talented staff members and student interns, which showcase not only their creativity but also the spirit of teamwork and joy that fuels our service to others.

As an added treat, our corporate partner New Star Bakery generously provided snacks to our admitted patients.
