Ayon sa isang pag-aaral, 60 % ng mga stroke survivors na hindi makalakad ay naka-recover pagkatapos ng tatlong buwang aktibong rehabilitation therapy.

💡 Ang Physiatry ay ang sangay ng medisina na tumutok sa paggaling ng pisikal na kakayahan at kalidad ng buhay ng pasyente matapos ang sakit o injury, gaya ng stroke.

📌 Saklaw ng PhilHealth ang serbisyo ng mga Physiatrists—kabilang na ang initial assessment, follow-up, at discharge assessment, na may halagang ₱1,200 bawat isa.

👩‍⚕️ Makipag-ugnayan sa pinakamalapit na ospital o rehab center tungkol dito.

✅ PT Referral o Reseta ng Doktor (pirma ng Doktor)
✅ Official Quotation at Acceptance Letter mula sa BodyWell Clinic
✅ Certificate of Indigency (kung meron)

📨 HAKBANG 2: Mag-apply online: pcso.gov.ph at magpasa ng dokumentong kailangan

🏢 Pumunta sa pinakamalapit na PCSO Provincial Office para sa iba pang katungan.

⏳ HAKBANG 3: Hintayin ang Approval
Karaniwang 3–7 working days ang processing
Maglalabas ang PCSO ng Guarantee Letter (GL)
