This year, WAH facilities have already filed almost P2 Billion worth of reimbursements and are on track to receive P4 Billion from PhilHealth.

More than 200 participants and 67 facilities committed to WAH’s Vision 20/20 by 20. They also successfully uploaded their claims reimbursements using the new PhilHealth Claims 3.0 standard and will begin using the new ASRH-HEADSSSS module.

We are thrilled to announce the selection of our Executive Director, Felipe C. Canlas, for the 2025 American Express Leadership Academy in Sydney, Australia.

“The 2025 Sydney cohort includes leaders from a wide range of specialties, including environmental conservation, public health, and educational equity. These leaders have been carefully selected for their potential to implement and lead innovative and strategic initiatives within their organizations,” according to Common Purpose and American Express, the organizers of the Academies that take place annually in Sydney, New York, and London.

WAH is one of five organizations representing the non-profit sector in the Philippines for this year’s Asia-Australia cohort.

Another quarter has ended and your had to hit the pause, reflect, realign, and recharge buttons.

We took a moment to appreciate all that we have accomplished in the first quarter of 2025 - including onboarding more than 30 health facilities and launching the country’s first EMR-based module on Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health.

Now, we move forward to the next three quarters with renewed energy and undivided focus.

Here's to making the rest of the year even better and stronger as we continue working together for healthier, happier Filipino communities.

For the first time this year, WAH facilities breached the P10M barrier for weekly claims reimbursements.

From 999 two weeks ago, WAH facilities filed 1,777 claims last week.

Across all programs and clusters, there were marked increases.
