I know how to be treated like invisible at that moment. We tried to reach out but no one ever listen, we finish them to vent out all the negativity they saw and experienced on our last tour in Bolinao and Hundred island. We keep on saying sorry but no one accepted it. We came to a point that we have to adjust and pay for the fee that is not included in the package for the inconvinience

1.) seat plan was discuss to Ms. Daryl I send a copy of photo for suggested seat plan. And I notice no one knew that and it seems like you felt like we are prioritized on the van. Where did you see that the coordinator should be on the back seat? It came to a point that you let your collogues seat intentionally beside the driver, which we adjust for that. We took a tricycle to go back to the transient

2.) We are unprofessional? Please look at yourself we tried to talk to all of you as calm as we can but some of you keep on saying things and justifying your
actions. We keep on silent for a couple of days just to cool down.

3.) You do not read all the exclusion and inclusion of the package and your customized ITIRINARY that Daryl made. You don't even know what time is the dinner.

4.) We are at the port of alaminos you keep on telling us ang saya ng tour namin, in fact we are not the one who make the moments of each and everyone, You are the one who is controlling your happiness.

5.) We all know that it was miscommunicated about the transient and infact if you go back to the quotation we made for the tour ACCOMODATION> is what you can have the beds, private comfort room and airconed room. TRASIENT is our partnered transient in Alaminos that we can stay in their lobby and use there comfortroom and shower for free. We keep on telling you this but no one listen.

6.) MISCOMMUNICATION to Close Minded people will NEVER lead to understanding!

7.) "BAKIT MADUMI ANG DAGAT" We all know that the month of the June is near to rainy season. Seaweed or seagrass won't make the sea dirty, Yes po may mga konting kalat, kasi malakas ang current ng tubig sa baba that makes the unwanted plastic and trash that human throw to the sea to float on the water. BE A TRAVELER AND NOT A TOURIST

8.) Manila girl and boy nga kayo, ultimong gumalang sa driver at sa mga pinagkalatan nyong pingan di nyo mahugas.

9.) Una palang sinabi ko na po na malalate po kami kasi di kami pinalabas ng maaga sa work. I said 4pm nasa bolinao na kami. Yun naman po ang nangyari namalengke lang po kami para sa mga food nyo

10.) SUPER MURA NG PACKAGE KO, ACTUALLY ABONADO PAKO E, AT SA TUTUUSIN DIY TOUR PO UN WALA NA PO KAMING KITA. 2199 WITH BOLINAO TOUR, ALAMINOS AND MEALS FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER

11.) WALA KAYO RESPETO, you never give this to us

13.) You have your own fate to be happy and enjoy the things. And we are beyond to that fate you have. If you choose to ruin the tour and was the opposite of what we want to happened and you do not want to listen in ANY WAY WE EXPLAIN OURSELVES, then I think you got what you want from that day

14.) The one who cook your food is one of the owner of restaurant in manila. Thank you for the comment we will let them know this

15.) Driver nga naming gusto na umuwi sa pagiging disrespectful nyo. we know na nakainom kayo. Pero sana kahit papano be responsible enough with your words and actions

I keep my mouth shut because you are our guest for 2d1n and as COORDINATOR and OWNER of this travel and tours I DONT DESERVE TO BE NOT RESPECTED in your so called team building

Hindi nyo naman ako binayaran para duriduruin nung tour nyo that makes me felt like giving up and wanted to cry. pero hindi I did not do that. I face everyone of your complain and explain our side. I think we did not lack of professionality, and we do not lack of respect and honesty

my brother talk to you AND ASK if you EVER READ the ITERINARY YOU GUYS MADE. No one answers. You guys keep n complaining on things that was not happened and promised in the tour. Even the weather fails our promises kasi umulan. Sana you have this huge understanding to a phenomena that our power are beyond of what nature and what is given.

IF WE HAVE MISTAKES WE MAKE IT TO A POINT WE WILL TALK TO YOU PRIVATELY AND DISCUSS THINGS THAT IS NOT UNDERSTOOD.

NOTE: we tried to negotiate to everyone for the MISUNDERSTANDING before we head back to south however we still get the same responses from you guys. We tried to be professional enough to reach out and correct every mistake we did. BUT STILL YOUR MIND IS CLOSE. EVERYONE MAKE MISTAKE and we are not respected again.
