It's May and we're coming back to Bicol, from Naga to Sorsogon for casting, delivery of devices and the included follow up sessions. This service will be led by our scoliosis bracing specialist, Feliz Nicole and Category 1 CPOs Jonacel and Jane. With the submissions for papers for ISPO Thailand in 2027 now open, we would like to encourage researchers by sharing slides of the case study presented last year and one of the things we are continuing to work on: the cycling foot - to help amateur to serious para-athletes gain a bit more balance and efficiency with their current modular endo prosthesis.

We're making a few adjustments to make the design stronger, lighter and easier to laminate. The current design matches with Shimano cleats.

Made to Measure - Spinal Orthosis home service for a Makati MD referral. We fabricate from our spinal orthosis templates, and customize the design based on initial assessment and measurements from the patients resulting to good fit and minimal adjustments. This offers patients an additional option if pre-fabricated braces do not fit but, custom shells are too much for the case.

Case measured and delivered by ISPO Registered Cat 1 CPO - Jonacel Agarpao Alejandrino. Fabricated by our specialized textile and workshop technicians.

As we near another anniversary, we would like to thank all those who have trusted us.

Starting this year, we intend to focus on service delivery areas, to transition more into product innovation for the PH market, specialize on cases, and share knowledge thru research and development in the fields of Scoliosis, Sports and Upper Limb.

We are looking to collaborate more with individuals and institutions that share our vision.

Continued service in Bicol Region. Sharing some snapshots of our recent service at Goncero Orthopaedic Clinic in Sorsogon and referrals from MDs of Rayel Orthopaedic Clinic in Albay.

What's always included in our service is one (1) follow up session for adjustments to ensure that corrections are in place, discomforts are addressed and your gait is more efficient. We visit Bicol almost every month thru our partner clinics. This 2026, we have a regular schedule in Naga's Bicol Mobility Center for more immediate concerns. Jane, a Bicolana, is the clinic's ISPO Registered CPO.

The Viking Returns!

Virgil Muxoll, a Product Development in Assistive Tech Masters student at Jönköping University, did his industrial placement with us last year and couldn't stop developing the hand project he had with us. He decided to pursue this project as his thesis to verify the outputs of his designed 3D-printed upper limb terminal device with a reel powered closing mechanism. The device intends to fill in the gap between the passive cosmetic hand and a functional body-powered one - to provide additional options for developing countries like the Philippines.

If you're into mechanical design using under actuating mechanisms for upper limb prosthetics, feel free to send him some love and a lot of questions!
