WE ARE HIRING ✅ NAIL TECHNICIAN ✅ MASSAGE THERAPIST
Naghahanap kami ng:

✅ Seryosong kumita at Long Term ang hanap na trabaho.
✅ Masipag at mapag-kakatiwalaan.
✅ Hindi nagnanakaw ng client.
✅ Hindi mapagsamantala sa magandang patakbo ng management.
✅ Magaling at willing matuto ng bagong skills.
✅ No extra service.

Si Me Time Spa ay dalawang taong spa na ang nga therapists ay umaabot ng more than one year of employment. Ito ang benepisyo na naibibigay namin sa kanila:

✅ ₱200 allowance kapag walang gawa.
✅ 40% commission
✅ Ginawa namin 40% commission dahil gusto namin na long term ang relasyon sa therapist at para makayanan ng spa na bigyan sila ng long term benefits.
✅ daily or weekly pay-out
✅ 5 days annual leave with pay (for regular employees)
✅ One day off per Week
✅ Birthday Cake, Birthday Leave + ₱500 birthday bonus (every year doubles the amount)
✅ ₱1,500 work anniversary bonus
✅ ₱500 bonus for monthly perfect attendance
✅ Financial support during calamity
✅ COE if needed for loan requirements
✅ In-house Financial Loan
✅ Annual Medical Check-up (regular staff)
✅ Provision for basic medicine for cough, colds and fever.
✅ Death and Critical Illness Insurance (rider and therapist)
✅ Performance Bonus (December)
✅ Free Massage trainings to improve skills.
✅ Sumusuporta sa mga therapists na mag-abroad at magkaroon ng mas magndang buhay. We provide employment referral and even last day party😊
✅ Considerate sa panahon ng tag-ulan and family matters.
✅ 30% discount for staff na gusto pa massage, nails and all Me Time services.
✅ Regular team bonding (food trips, inuman and videoke)
✅ Annual Christmas Party (paid by company)
✅ Anniversary Swimming Party (all expense paid)
✅ No work for family holidays:
November 31-1
Holy Thurs-Good Friday-Black Sat
Dec 24-26
Jan 31-2

We have stay-in staff house:
✅ Free lodging, electricity, water, wifi, netflix.
✅ Una sa line-up so never ma-zero client.
✅ Kaya no ₱200 zero client allowance.
✅ Weekly pay-out or Cash Bond (commission deduction as our assurance para sa mga bigla na lang hindi umuuwi na stay-in).

No experience pero seryoso and willing to be a therapist:
✅ Free training
✅ ₱200 daily allowance pero makukuha ito after the training.
✅ Commitment to work with Me Time after training.
