This is an infographic on the pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine schedule for infants to adolescent from the Pediatric Infectious Disease Society of the Philippines. All adults should also have the Tdap vaccine for primary prevention then every 10 years. Detailed explanation during check up.

Walk-in visits are triaged for safety and protection.

📣 WALK IN VACCINATION FOR PEDIATRIC POPULATION WITH CO-MORBIDITIES (12-17 years old) 📣

Magsisimula na ang pagbabakuna ng COVID VACCINE sa bayan ng Taytay para sa LAHAT ng gustong magpabakunang edad 12-17 years old WITH CO-MORBIDITIES. Ang WALK-IN VACCINATION sa SM TAYTAY ay mula 9:00 AM hanggang 5:00 PM.

Magdala ng mga sumusunod:
✅ PHOTOCOPY NG KAHIT ANONG ID ng batang pababakunahan (Ex: Passport, School ID, Birth Certificate atbp.)

✅PHOTOCOPY NG VALID ID ng Guardian o kasamang matanda ng bata sa bakuna center

✅MEDICAL CLEARANCE kung may co-morbidities o ibang karamdaman ang batang pababakunahan

Paalala‼️
1. First come, first served basis. No reserving of slots.
2. Magrehistro sa Taytay Trail VACCINATION REGISTRATION para sa mas mabilis na proseso ng bakuna.
3. Magsuot ng Face mask at Face shield sa pagpasok ng vaccination site.
5. 1 companion per vaccinee only.
6. HUWAG nang tumuloy sa pag-walk in kung ikaw ay may sintomas (ubo, sipon, lagnat, sore throat, sakit ng ulo, atbp) o naka-quarantine sa bahay dahil hindi din kayo mababakunahan.

P.S. Ang pagbabakuna ng Pediatric A3 ay magpapatuloy pa sa mga susunod na araw. Ang paglilimita ng bilang ay para makita muna ang magiging daloy ng bakuna para sa A3 Pediatrics.
