Duties and Responsibilities:

1. The Pharmacist is responsible for the management of the daily operations of the store which
includes record keeping, Staff scheduling, inventory and control and management
2. The Pharmacist is also in charge of pharmaceutical preparations and dispensing of prescription drugs
3. Training
a) Communicates regularly with the Owner/Staff/Supervisor.
b) Orients and trains Pharmacy Assistant.
c) Monitors the training of staffs
d) Evaluates and disciplines staffs
4. Ensures that franchise documents and permits are always up-to-date.
5. Keep the store clean and organize
