Hello February! We’ll be launching new dishes and drinks this month not including our Valentine’s specials. With a good number of bee tour bookings, the timing is perfect as our bees are gaining strength and getting ready for the honeyflow which starts on March. The air is at its coldest since December. We expect the cool weather to peak sometime mid February.
Cool weather, healthy bees, less/no rain…February is one of the best months to explore the nature surrounding Casa Mellifera.
