One for the books! Casa Mel staff Christmas Party was truly awesome! 🎄🎅 we had it last Tuesday evening and even if preparations were pretty much last minute, the fellowship was strong.
We had games, food and well wishes for each other.
I’m glad we found time to laugh and enjoy time together as colleagues.
This team is awesome.

We’ve been working on this dish for 2 weeks now. It’s basically pan grilled pork with dinakdakan sauce. We’re very excited to include this in our new menu. But a few more adjustments in both the plating and sauce and we think this is good to go.
Chef Lester is good at getting input from other staff and putting it together. But Chef Paul who started the idea will present this dish once it’s done. Soon!
