Meet Hazel, Operations Manager. This month, we are celebrating her 7 years here at Quantrics by NQX!

She started out as an agent—excited, but nervous—with the dream of becoming a Team Leader. With guidance and encouragement from her manager, she made that dream a reality. Since then Hazel has continued to grow as a leader within the organization--with that same enthusiasm, energy, and support from her colleagues.

Hazel’s greatest motivation has always been to empower the people around her: nurturing their confidence, spirit, and careers. Under her leadership, a once-threatened team has grown into a resilient, thriving segment.

Hazel knows that she didn’t get to where she is alone, she is grateful to her two directors, Direk Noni and Direk Al, for believing in her and equipping her with the opportunities and tools to succeed. Now, she takes pride in doing the same for her own team.

“I’m proud to be part of Quantrics. Because here, dreams do come true — not just mine, but those of the people I’ve had the privilege to lead and grow with. Together, we’ve proven that with perseverance, trust, and unity, no dream is too big and no challenge is too great.”
