Meet JP, he applied to Quantrics 7 years ago with a dream of becoming a Team Leader. Instead, he was offered a role as a Customer Service Representative. He could have seen it as a setback, but instead, he treated it as a starting point and embraced the opportunity to gain experience and grow. He worked hard, showed up consistently, and achieved his goal in just one year.
Looking back on his progression to Subject Matter Expert, and finally TL, he recognizes it as a defining moment of his life. In the end, it wasn't about titles and promotions, it was about proving to himself that commitment, perseverance, and determination can turn setbacks into breakthroughs. Each new challenge shaped him, pushing him to grow, adapt, and lead with empathy and vision. His greatest rewards are the skills he gained, the people he's worked alongside, and most of all, becoming someone who can uplift others.

Thanks to the support of his colleagues and a flexible work setup, JP feels empowered to create a meaningful impact both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he has his hands full. He's got a pack of eight Siberian huskies who remind him why he works hard and help him through the toughest days. As an avid hiker with a passion for the outdoors and giving back, he founded Mountain Project Adventures, an organization rooted in the Bicol Region, whose mission is to hike with heart. JP ensures that every activity is tied to a deeper goal, whether raising awareness, or supporting local communities and causes.
