1) Make sure you have enough food and water.
2) Prepare an emergency bag with a flashlight, batteries, candles, and a first aid kit.
3) Be ready with extra clothes and a hygiene kit should there be a need to evacuate.
4) Charge your phones and power banks, and ensure communication lines remain open.

Inaanyayahan po nmin ang mga kabataan na edad 10 taong gulang hanggang 19 taong gulang babae at lalaki na may karamdaman tulad ng (hypertension,diabetes,kidney problems,heart disease at obese )o kahit ano pa mang uri ng non-communicable health condition.sa ika 8:00 ng umaga ng JUNE 12,2025 sa red house covered court.kung nais nyo pong dumalo makipag ugnayan sa ating health center ngayon! para maitala ang inyong mga pangalan..

Maari napo magpalista sa ating health center ngayon!

Sa darating po wednesday and thursday ( june 11-12 ) ay wala po tayo magiging bakuna po!

Move on Friday po june 13, 2025 ang BAKUNA!!! ( Immunisation ) and pewede rin po magpa DMPA after po ng bakuna sa mga well baby po!

✅ Take note! Libre po ito para sa mga taga golden horizon po!

Kung kayo po ay may ubo na higit sa dalawang linggo o higit pa!! ( 14 days ) or pabalik balik na ubo pumunta napo at magpa xray na agad.. at wag napo hintayin na lumala pa! 150 slot available po lamang 1st come 1st serve po ito mam/sir. dto sa health center sa pabahay Whitehouse
