1. May edad na 17-55 yrs old
- Kung 17 yrs old ,magdala ng consent
- Kung first time donor , mula 17yrs old to 50yrs old lamang ang pwede
2. May timbang na 50kg pataas
3. May blood pressure na :
90-140 systolic
60-90 diastolic
4. Hindi naoperahan sa loob ng 1 taon.
5. Hindi uminom ng alak sa loob ng 24 oras.
6. Hindi nanigarilyo apat na oras bago magdonate ng dugo
7. May malusog na pangangatawan
8. Walang Sexually Trasmitted Disease
9. May sapat na tulog (5 oras o higit pa) bago magdonate ng dugo.
10.Walang ubo,Lagnat,Sipon,Pananakit ng lalamunan,hirap sa paghinga
11.Hindi nakasalumaha ng confirmed covid -19 Patient
12.Bawal ang may buwanang dalaw (menstruation period)

1. Magkakaroon ng Personal Check-up
2. Malalalaman mo ang iyong blood type, hemoglobin level at blood pressure.
3. Mas madaming blood donor, mas madaming blood supply .
