📢 Health Emergency Response Team Deployment | Structural and Forest Fire Operations

The Health Emergency Response Team (HERT) was deployed on-site as medical standby to ensure the safety and well-being of all firefighters and volunteers during structural and forest fire incidents.

✅ Conducted health monitoring and assessment of firefighters and volunteers.
✅ Ensured adequate water supply to support firefighters and volunteers.
✅ Provided basic first aid and immediate medical assistance as needed.
✅ Supported response operations by assisting in structural and forest fire incidents and ensuring proper coordination with other responding agencies.
✅ Submitted timely HEARS Reports.

Through these efforts, the Municipal Health Office reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding the health and safety of the community during emergencies.

Observance of Holy Week 2026
Summer Vacation (SUMVAC)
April 1-5, 2026
CODE WHITE ALERT

The Provincial Health Office (PHO) activated CODE WHITE ALERT during the observance of Holy Week 2026. In line with this, the Municipal Health Office (MHO) of Tublay enforced the directive to ensure the continuous delivery of health services.

While the Office of the President issued Memorandum Circular No. 116 allowing government employees to observe the holidays, agencies tasked with providing basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital operations continued under their usual working arrangements.

Delivered services:
✅Maintained 24/7 Operation of the Health Emergency Operation Center.
✅Ensured adequate prepositioned logistics and buffer stocks.
✅Sustained close coordination with Benguet DRRM-H, MDRRMO, BHERT, BFP, and PNP.
✅Conducted continuous monitoring of untoward health and health-related events.
✅RHU HERT:
🔸Monitored different barangays of the municipality.
🔸Responded to individuals needing medical attention, including home visits and psychosocial/supportive care.
🔸Referred walk-in clients requiring immediate emergency care to higher facilities.
🔸Assisted during forest fire incidents in Tublay Central, Baayan, Daclan, and Caponga.
✅RHU EOC: Provided medical services to walk-in clients.
✅Maintained cleanliness and orderliness in health facilities.
✅Accomplished and timely submitted HEARS Reports.

🥗 Food Prep & Storage Safety Tips
