While others say they won’t be infected, please… pregnant women 🤰children 🧑‍🍼especially unvaccinated🙇‍♀️👩‍🦼👩‍👧‍👧, and the immunocompromised are vulnerable to infection. Please be vigilant. Protect yourselves by observing at least the minimum health protocols! Always wear your masks, avoid crowding, sanitize always.

Heads up mommies! ⛑️
Sobrang Init po NG panahon ngayon🥵, and you have to be mindful sa water intake ninyo! Keep yourselves hydrated po💦. Remember dalawa po kayo ni baby ang dapat inaalagaan!🤰🤰🤰

👉Kaya ugaliing uminom tubig (atin sa datos ng Healthcare Para sa mga buntis... Dapat uminom NG sampung 8 ounce glass of water a day Para hydrated si mommy)
👉Ugaliing magsuot NG damit ayon sa panahon o klima (wag magsuot ng mainit na telang damit at dark colored clothes, Kung maari ay mga damit na manipis up ang hindi sobrang pagpawisan ang katawan)
👉Manatili sa lugar na mahangin o shaded. Natural na mainit ang katawan NG ating mga buntis, Kaya ang iba ay hindi matolerate ang mainit na panahon... Pero sa. Panahon ngayon, mahirap din ang laging nakakulong sa kwartong may aircon😁, tataas ang bill sa kuryente😆)
👉Kung may katanungan pa ang ating mga buntis... Pwede laman kayo mag comment dito sa page.

Mag ingat. Po tayong lahat, hindi nangangahulugang wala na ang ibang sakit dahil mas mataas ang covid-19 infection, nandyan pa din po ang ibang uri NG infections (viral at bacterial)!

Good morning mga momsh, nanays, mommas, mommies, inangs... we wish you good health and safety at this time of pandemic!
The cases of covid19 has been steadily going out of the roof lately, this is because of the lack of discipline on infection control. Pregnant mothers and their unborn children, those who suffer from co-morbidities are the most vulnerable. Please we ask you, for everybody’s safety, do not go into crowded places, always disinfect with alcohol (we must have them anytime and anywhere), wear masks properly, and always observe social distancing... we may be lucky not to be infected TODAY, but, how about tomorrow or the next day or the day after that? We consider everybody as infectious, nowadays... we do not know if the person we are talking to right now may be carriers of the deadly virus or evenso... other infectious diseases. Remember, other illnesses did not go into vacation... dengue is there, leptospirosis is there, other viral infections are still there...
So... if you are going to a clinic for consultation, we ask you to coordinate with us... we have all our numbers posted so it will be easy for you to reach us. We have fb pages for you as well.
Most clinics do not accept walk in patients as we are also observing protocols.
So if you know the numbers of your doctors, please do not hesitate to call or message us. We are here to help you, and it is also your responsibility to help us.

A patient of mine asked me about HIGH RISK PREGNANCY...
So here some things you should know about it.

> Maternal age less than 17 years and first pregnancy at 35 years
> With maternal medical conditions such as gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, heart diseases, blood disroders, kidney problem, and others like psychiatric disorders
> Placenta previa or abruptio placenta
> patients with previous birth wih congenital anomalies
> pregnant women with poor ob history such as those with 2 or more abortions, previous preterm births, neonatal deaths, or inteuterine fetal death

Pregnant with those above are placed on close monitoring and are referred to specialist for co- management. They are advised close follow-up to check both mother and fetus of any danger signs such as severe headaches, blurring of vision or epigastric pain; elevated blood pressure; vaginal bleeding; edema; decreased fetal movements
These things should not be ignored, and must be managed right away.
So, call or update your friendly obstetricians and let them know immediately.
