Project USAP, also known as Ugnayan: Sama-samang Aksyon At Pagunawa, aims to establish a welcoming environment where people can seek help because we provide a safe space for individuals to share their problems and stories. Through these efforts, Project USAP has successfully created a supportive and nurturing environment for those facing mental health challenges.
In addition to offering a platform for people to talk and seek support, Project USAP distributes chocolates and candies to examinees during departmental examinations for BS Accountancy Students and to random strangers at CSU-Andrews. The recipients of these unexpected gestures expressed surprise, delight, and a sense of joy and appreciation.
Project USAP has not only learned valuable lessons through this advocacy but also benefited from the information gathered and the inspiration provided by those who reached out. It is believed that Project USAP can serve as an inspiration for others to engage in similar acts of kindness, fostering a positive ripple effect within their communities.
Our team understands the importance of a compassionate and supportive presence when it comes to mental health challenges. We strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can openly share their problems and experiences because we believe that “Bawat kwento”y mahalaga, tinig ay ating isulong.”.🌟

"Within the delicate melodies of Ben&Ben's 'Leaves,' lies a profound reminder of our connection to nature and the ever-changing seasons of life. Just as leaves gracefully dance with the wind, let us embrace the ebb and flow of our own journeys. May this song inspire you to find strength, resilience, and beauty in the cycles of life, and to trust that even in moments of letting go, new growth and possibilities await." Be patient because all will be alright in time. ✨✨

“Not only does God draw near to those who suffer, but He also imparts strength to them.”❤️

When faced with life's challenges, we may find ourselves unable to bear the burdens alone. Yet, God is always ready to strengthen and uphold us. In times of overwhelming pressure, we can rely on God's unwavering support and find renewed resilience. With God as our source of fortitude, we can face any adversity that comes our way.

Happy Sunday!😊

Trusting God in Worry❤️

Yes, it's easy to be overwhelmed by worry in this world filled with uncertainties, but may we all reflect on these verses as we are invited to cultivate a lifestyle of prayer, constantly bringing our concerns to God. As we do so, God's peace becomes a shield that protects our hearts and minds from the anxieties that seek to weigh us down. Rather than dwelling on our anxieties, may we all be encouraged to bring them to God and place our trust in Him.

Happy Sunday!
