Zero income.
And a lesson that shaped everything.

Two years ago, Dr. Karlo drove to Tabuk with hope in his heart, only to be met with a single case: a local farmer battling Chronic Actinic Dermatitis. No words exchanged, no money to offer, just thick plaques from years of sun exposure and a need for help.

That day, he treated him with what he had, gave medicines for free, and asked him to return if needed. The patient never came back. We believe it’s because he got better.

It was not a day for numbers or success stories. But it was a day of purpose. Of simply showing up.
