Hi everyone! Once again, LTO Tuguegarao Licensing Center is offering a FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) to aspirant drivers.

This program aims to promote road safety awareness and educate future drivers on traffic laws & regulations, defensive driving, and road courtesy.

What You Need to Bring:

Proof of Identity:
• Birth Certificate (PSA) or National ID or Passport
• One Valid ID

Additional Requirements (if applicable):
• For Married Women: Marriage Certificate
• For Minors (16-17 years old): Parent’s consent letter + photocopy of guardian’s valid ID
• For Expired Student Permit: Original copy of the permit

Only the TDC is free. Other fees that must be paid:
Student Permit fee ₱250.00
Medical Certificate fee ₱500.00

Please be informed that Tuguegarao Licensing Center will be open on November 30, 2024 from 8AM to 5PM.

For those who were unable to apply during weekdays, we are willing to serve you on weekends. And for those who weren’t able to claim their cards, you may claim your license, just bring your official receipt. (NO REPRESENTATIVE ALLOWED)
