WE’RE HIRING!

Med-Link Enterprises is hiring one (1) full-time position for Applications Specialist, Tuguegarao based, to ensure proper instrument utilization, accurate test results, compliance with laboratory standards, and smooth implementation of reagent-rental and sales contracts.

FUNCTION:
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and validation of In-vitro diagnostic analyzers in coordination with Service Engineers.
• Perform method setup, test parameter configuration, and assay verification.
• Ensure instruments are operational and ready for routine testing prior to turnover.
• Conduct initial and post-installation application checks.
• Conduct user trainings
• Serve as the primary support for application-related issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a graduate of Medical Technology / Medical Laboratory Science
• Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) is highly preferred
• 1–3 years experience in similar field is a plus but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Fresh board passers with strong laboratory exposure may be considered.
• Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics and Quality Control principles
• Ability to interpret data, calibrations, and validation results
• Familiarity with multiple IVD platforms is an advantage
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and methodical
• Ability to work under pressure in live laboratory environments
• Willing to travel extensively
• Able to work on flexible schedules as required by installations
• Proficient in MS Office (documentation and reporting)

Med-Link Enterprises is hiring two (2) full-time position for Service Technicians to assist our Service Engineers in maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting medical and laboratory equipment.

Function:
•Assist Service Engineers in installation, maintenance, and repair of medical devices
•Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance under guidance
•Ensure timely resolution of technical issues at client sites
•Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
•Support inventory and logistics related to service operations Requirements:
•Technical or vocational background in electronics, biomedical equipment, or related field
•Hands-on experience with technical equipment preferred but not required
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Function:
•Promote and sell our in-vitro diagnostic products and solutions to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
•Provide technical support and product demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Collaborate with the applications and service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
•Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
•At least 1–2 years of experience in sales is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex products in simple terms.
•Willingness to travel in assigned territories.
