EXTREME TEMPERATURE ADVISORY

It has been noted in the past few days that air temperature in Mindanao has been observed to reach alarming level, and is expected to remain at present level today.

The public is hereby advised to exercise precautionary measures against this extreme weather event to avoid heat stresses that may lead to hazardous health conditions like heat strokes and other related medical emergencies.

PAGASA will continue to monitor this type of extreme weather event and appropriate advisories shall be issued as appropriate.
