September 05, 2025 – The Provincial Government of South Cotabato, in its commitment to bringing government services closer to the people, successfully conducted a Community Outreach Program with the theme: “Tama kag Maayo nga Serbisyo para sa Katawhan.”
This initiative is part of the Province’s alleviation agenda, which prioritizes indigenous peoples, depressed communities, and far-flung areas that are not often reached by basic government services.
The outreach program was held at Sitio Datal Ngisi, Kablon, Tupi, South Cotabato, through the collective efforts of various government offices and partners, namely:
• Provincial Government of South Cotabato headed by Governor Reynaldo Jr Tamayo
• Municipal Government of Tupi led by Hon. Romero S. Tamayo, Municipal Mayor
• Integrated Provincial Health Office (IPHO) doctors and staff
SCPH Family and Community Medicine Traditional Training Program
Dr. Kean Magsipoc and Dra. Ayra Depita
• Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) headed by Sir Emil Sumagaysay
• Tupi Municipal Police Station
• 38th Infantry We Clear Battalion

• Barangay Kablon Council headed by PB Osting D. Tilo, Jr.
• Barangay Councils, Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), staff, volunteers, Tanods, and Auxiliary Force
