In compliance with the Memorandum Order No. DHT-251 Series of 2025 released last August 13, 2025 declaring of Friday as "Hospital Sanitation Day", This Campaign will strictly implement in order to promote cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control in all provincial hospitals under the Quezon Provincial Hospital Network, and to ensure a safe, orderly, and health-compliant environment for both patients and hospital personnel.

Headed by Dr. Jesus M. Calayag -Chief of Hosptial and Ms. Carina Lancion-Ayala -Hospital Administrator.

The Administration and Staff of the Quezon Provincial Hospital Network (QPHN)-Unisan marched with palpable pride and unity during the dual celebration of the town's 448th year as Kalilayan and its 150th Founding Anniversary as Unisan. Embracing the theme “Kultura at kasaysayan sa dalampasigan pinagyayaman, turismo ang landas sa sama-samang kaunlaran,” the hospital delegation showcased their deep-rooted commitment to the community beyond the walls of clinical care. Clad in festive attire that honored the town’s coastal heritage, the team highlighted the vital link between a healthy citizenry and a thriving local culture. Their participation served as a vibrant tribute to Unisan's storied past and a pledge toward a future where sustainable tourism and collective progress are fueled by the strength and well-being of its people.

The administration emphasized that all personnel must strictly adhere to the mandatory segregation of waste at the source, specifically identifying infectious, hazardous, and general waste categories. It was reiterated that improper disposal not only poses health risks but also carries legal liabilities for the institution. Moving forward, the housekeeping and nursing departments will conduct daily audits of waste bins, and a "no segregation, no collection" policy will be enforced across all wards and administrative offices to foster a culture of accountability and ecological responsibility.
