About Turning Points
Turning Points Counseling and Mental Health Support Services is a private mental-health support service provider which offers professional services like counseling, psychotherapy, couple and family therapy, training, and other support services related to mental health but not an in-house or facility-based setting. It was envisioned and formed as a response to the increasing mental-health and well-being concerns of Filipinos especially during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. Turning Points aims to provide an evidence-based intervention for its clients, as well as seek to empower clients through its resource-oriented and solution-focused approach. As a mental health support service provider, Turning Points does not provide pharmacotherapy, hospital admissions, and psychological assessment; but any relevant information from Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and other mental health professionals will be valuable in informing and refining its approach with each client. Turning Points Counseling and Mental Health Support Services is registered as a business with the Department of Trade and Industry of the Republic of the Philippines with the business name number 2411944, and the City Government of Davao with the business registration number 112604.
