This Music Video Making Contest, as part of the celebration of International Youth Day 2024, the Municipality of Dumalinao aims to empower and engage young talents in promoting the stunning tourism opportunities and cultural richness the municipality has to offer.
Contest Mechanics:
1. Eligibility:
- The contest is open to all individuals or group interested in creating a music video to promote tourism development in the Municipality of Dumalinao.
- Participants can be amateur or professional videographers, musicians, or enthusiasts.
2. Theme:
- The theme of the music video should revolve around showcasing the natural beauty, cultural heritage, attractions, and unique experiences that the Municipality of Dumalinao has to offer to tourists.
- Videos should emphasize the positive impact of tourism on the local community and economy.
3. Submission Guidelines:
- Each participant or group must create a music video.
- The video must prominently feature Dumalinao's tourist spots, landmarks, local traditions, cuisine, and other appealing aspects, synchronized with the provided music track.
- The video should be of high quality, with clear audio and visuals.
- Submissions should be in MP4 format and uploaded to a designated contest platform.

- Winners Announcement: August 17, 2024, during the Culmination of the Youth Week Celebration

- Adherence to Theme: 30%
- Creativity and Originality: 25%
- Visual Appeal: 20%
- Message and Impact: 15%
- Technical Quality: 10%
6. Prizes:
- Winner: Php 20,000.00
7. How to Enter:
- Participants must submit a letter of intent to enter the said contest to the person in-charge.
- Along with the form to be given right after the submission of the letter of intent, participants must submit their video entry before the deadline of submission.
8. Rights and Usage:
- Participants retain ownership of their videos, but by entering the contest, they grant the Municipality of Dumalinao non-exclusive rights to use, display, and promote the videos for tourism-related purposes.
