Lumusong ka ba sa baha nitong mga nakaraang araw o linggo? I-monitor ang sarili at banatayan ang mga sintomas ng Leptospirosis.

Dahil sa sunod-sunod na pag-ulan at pagbaha, dulot nito ang panganib sa kalusugan. Kapag ang ihi at dumi ng mga hayop tulad ng daga ay nahalo sa tubig baha, dito nagsisimula ang panganib ng pagkakaroon ng leptospirosis lalo na kapag pumasok sa katawan ng tao sa pamamagitan ng sugat sa balat, mga mata, ilong at bibig

Bantayan ang mga sintomas ng leptospirosis kung ikaw ay lumusong o na-expose sa baha o kontaminadong tubig nitong mga nagdaang araw o linggo.

Magpakonsulta kaagad sa health center kung lumusong sa baha para sa libreng konsultasyon at gamot.

BATCH SINAGTALA-2025 QCU Graduation Advisory

Please be informed that no tickets or passes are being sold for the Batch Sinagtala – Quezon City University (QCU) Graduation 2025, scheduled on July 1, 2025.

We urge everyone to remain vigilant and avoid engaging in any transactions, especially on social media, claiming to offer tickets or access. QCU is not involved in any such dealings and does not authorize the sale of tickets.

We understand the excitement and joy of celebrating this milestone with our graduates. However, please be reminded that seating is limited.

This serves as a public reminder and advisory for everyone’s awareness and safety.

STAY SAFE AND WEAR YOUR FACE MASK

The Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council advised its residents to wear face masks when going outdoors as the air quality in some areas of the city reaches "unhealthy" to "very unhealthy" levels. Those with respiratory conditions are advised to stay indoors.

The Guidance and Counseling Unit invites all QCian students to take part in the Needs Assessment Survey, adapted from Empowering Lives Through Comprehensive Guidance Programs by Dr. Villar (2017).

By participating, you help us better understand the specific needs of the QCian community. Your responses will guide us in developing programs that are relevant, meaningful, and beneficial to you.

This survey will help identify the challenges students are facing and assess how the Guidance and Counseling Unit can provide appropriate support.

Last September 17, 2024 Disease and Surveillance Officers fron Quezon City Epidemiology and Surveillance Division District 5 oriented QCU Medical Staff regarding Mpox prevention and awareness. The primary aim of this orientation was to educate medical staff about mpox, including transmission, symptoms, prevention and punlic health implication.
