𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐤 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐧... "Kalusugan ng Bawat Purok, Kalakasan ng Barangay!"

The Purok Kalusugan (PK) Launching officially kicked off at Brgy. Halapitan, Brgy. Little Baguio, and Brgy. Mabuhay. The program aims to strengthen health promotion, disease prevention, and timely response by bringing basic health services closer to the people—through organized purok-based health initiatives.

Despite the distance, our dedicated team braved the long journey to make healthcare accessible for all. 💪

This meaningful activity was actively spearheaded by Rural Health Unit, with the vital augmentation of DOH HRH and Strong community participation of barangay.

Together, we build healthier communities—one purok at a time! 💪✨

SKQ CONVERGENCE DAY 2: OUTREACH PROGRAM

On the second day of our convergence, our healthcare team embarked on an outreach program to Sitio Nala elementary school Halapitan, San Fernando.

We provided or offered health education sessions on topics such as nutrition, hygiene, oral health care and disease prevention. Our team also distributed 92 GIDA kits from DOH CHDNM, 186 School Supplies, free haircuts from AFP 86th IB, and a feeding program.

The outreach program was a success, thanks to the strong relationships we built with the school teachers, students and indigenous community.
