Ganda pag-usapan to kasi andaming mali ang notion sa mga doktor.

Gaya ng ibang nagtatrabaho, pwede mamili ang doktor kung sa private o public entity siya magtrabaho. May iba kagaya ko na may private practice and may government practice (job order ako dun sa isang government hospital).

Gaya ng ibang nagtatrabaho, kailangan din maghanap buhay ng doktor. Kung nasa pribado cya, maniningil siya. Kung nasa gobyerno, susuwelduhan siya nung government hospital. Walang doktor na walang natatanggap na compensation. Gusto mo magtrabaho for free? Ano ipapakain mo sa pamilya mo?

Hindi lahat ng government hospital ay may item o plantilla para iaccommodate ang lahat ng doktor. Hello temporary employee lang ako hehe. Liit ng budget sa health sa gobyerno, hindi sapat pampasweldo para sa maraming healthcare worker kaya limited ang plantilla.

Masyadong nilalagay sa pedestal ang doktor. At the end of the day, we provide service. And that service has compensation. Yung libreng checkup sa government hospital? Hindi libre yun. Gobyerno at taxes natin nagbabayad dun.

Gusto mo libre kain mo sa restaurant? Gusto mo libre gupit mo sa barbero? Gusto mo libre pagpapagawa mo ng bahay? Subukan mo hindi magbayad tingnan natin anung mangyari sayo. Pero bakit pag doktor ineexpect na hindi kumuha ng compensation? Hindi ako namimilit na pumunta kayo sa clinic. Choice pa rin ng pasyente yan.

Gusto mo maging libre lahat sa healthcare industry? Nasa gobyerno yun para ayusin ang sistema.
