In line with our current expansion program, our medical supplies distribution company, Accurx Pharmaceutical Corporation, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who will help administer and organize day-to-day office activities in cooperation with, and under the direct supervision of our managers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and monitoring inventory of stocks
- Creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders
- Receiving deliveries, inspecting contents, and preparing necessary invoices and documentation
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Keeping records and databases updated with accurate, timely information
- Providing other general administrative support including filing, document handling, and scheduling
