📌 Hanggang 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 (Miyerkules) pwedeng magpapalipat sa tulong ng PhilHealth Action Center, tumawag sa (02) 8662-2588.

All legitimate medical certificates are issued in person, signed by our licensed physician, and bear our official clinic stamp and contact details.

Any document not issued directly by our clinic should be considered fraudulent.

If you receive or are asked to use a medical certificate claiming to be from our clinic and you are unsure of its authenticity, please contact us immediately to verify.
