Breast fed is best fed 🩷😍

Breast milk is tailored for your baby and changes throughout the day, with the seasons, as they grow, and to help them fight off illnesses.

Breastfeeding provides:

💟 Signals that it’s time to sleep
💟 Extra hydration when it’s hot
💟 Specific antibodies when mum or baby is sick
💟 Adapted fat content and nutrients as they grow

Why it is important to have routine prenatal check ups with your OBGYN 🤰🏻🩷

Even if you feel great, some health problems don’t show obvious symptoms. That’s why prenatal tests are so important!

Expect:
📸 Ultrasound – See your baby’s growth!
🩸 Blood & urine tests – Check for infections & anaemia
🔬 Blood pressure & glucose screening – Prevent complications
🤰🏾 Regular baby monitoring – Ensure a safe delivery

Every test is a step toward a healthy pregnancy. Work with your health worker to ensure you get the care you need, when you need it. 💕

Unified Action Against Cervical Cancer:
In support of the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society (POGS) initiative, we echo the call to eliminate cervical cancer through timely and appropriate screening.

At [Clinic Name or Logo], we are committed to protecting women’s health by promoting early detection through proper guidelines.

📌 RECOMMENDED SCREENING FOR CERVICAL CANCER
✔️ Women aged 30 to 65 years:
• Cervical cytology (Pap smear) every 3 years, OR
• High-risk HPV testing every 5 years

Visual inspection with acetic acid (VIA) every 3 years is also a recommended alternative.

Routine screening is not recommended for women aged 21 to 29.

Let’s protect our women. Let’s end cervical cancer.
