๐ข ANNOUNCEMENT: UPDATED REQUIREMENTS FOR NATCCO-LABORATORY TEST ASSISTANCE UNDER MAIFIPP
We are pleased to inform everyone that the NATCCO-Laboratory Test Assistance under the Medical Assistance to Indigent and Financially Incapacitated Patients Program (MAIFIPP)is now officially available at IMDCSC as of July 16, 2025.

There are important changes in the requirements compared to the previous announcement released on July 15, 2025.
๐ Kindly read and review the updated requirement details posted at our front desk or official page.

LABORATORY REQUIREMENTS UPDATES
Please prepare the following documents:
๐ Valid ID
- 3 photocopies
๐ Barangay Indigency Certificate
- 2 original copies
- 1 photocopy
๐ Request Form (provided by your Doctor)
- 2 original copies
- 1 certified true copy
Note: We are pleased to inform everyone that Laboratory Request Form is now available at Island Medical Diagnostic Center Service Cooperative (IMDCSC). No need to go far, conveniently process your lab requests directly through IMDCSC!
๐ However, please be advised:
We do not encourage patients to rely solely on the provided laboratory requests.
โก๏ธ Always seek proper medical advice from a licensed physician for accurate diagnosis and guidance.
๐ Ensure that all documents are complete and properly certified to avoid delays in processing your assistance.

โข Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
โข Please ensure that all requirements are complete. Priority will be given to those who submit complete requirements.
โข SUBMIT THE REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT at Island Medical Diagnostic Center Service Cooperative, located at SIV, Virac, Catanduanes
โข Island will notify you for your scheduled laboratory test date once your appointment is confirmed.
