If your visit with Dr Concepcion is for allergic skin prick test, the recommended days to stop the medications are as follows:
1. Diphenhydramine: Stop 3 days before the test.
2. Montelukast: Stop 3 days before the test.
3. Cetirizine, levocetirizine, loratadine: Stop 7 days before the test.
4. oral steroid like Prednisone: stop 7 days before the test.
