To those Mothers who are confused whether to use Enoxaparin 2000IU/0.2cc or 4000IU/0.4cc as an alternative for Tinzaparin while it is still out of stock. You can purchase which ever is available. Regardless, you will still give 0.2cc SQ once a day. The only difference is, 2000IU is only for 1 dose while 4000IU can be given for 2 doses for as long as you keep the meds in a clean and cool storage. Shift back to tinzaparin once available.- Dr Lito
