How to go about the eConsultation:

1. Send a request for online consultation.

2. Wait for reply from the page admin.

3. Pay the consultation fee through any of the following :.
- Bank Transfer (Metrobank, PNB or Bdo)
- Gcash
- Paymaya

4. Send a screenshot of the deposit slip or transaction slip.

5. Send the following information
Patient's name
Birthday
Address
Complaint
Parent's name
Cellphone number

6. Select the date and time you want to do the Online Consultation.

5. A confirmation of your chosen appointment will be sent to you.

6.. On the day of your appointment, please read the disclaimer and policy and reply by typing "I agree" if you have read and understood the policy. After this, we will have the eConsultation.

7. Avoid using different names or accounts, or introduce yourself first, to avoid confusion among the patients.

8. If you have the laboratory results please have them ready during the consultation.

9. You may claim you official receipts monday to saturday 11am to 2pm, Rm 227 Ciudad Medical Zamboanga
