The ZCMC Cancer Center, headed by Dr. Nelson A. Laja and the Hospital Tumor Board, headed by Dr. Roxanne U. Rivera congratulates the Department of Pediatrics for the successful hosting of the HTB Case Presentation today at the ZCMC Admin Conference. With the topic: “Retinoblastoma: Multidisciplinary Management in resource-limited settings.”

We would also like to thank the different departments who participated in the discussions both live and virtually.

Special thank you as well to Dr. Crispin Dalisay, Dr. Rania Reeda Bahjin and Dr. Gary John Mercado for gracing this event and sharing their expertise in Retinoblastoma.

The Zamboanga City Medical Center Hospital Tumor Board will hold its second Case Presentation tomorrow, July 10, 2025, from 9:00 AM onwards.

This will be hosted by the Department of Pediatrics with the topic: "RETINOBLASTOMA: Multi-disciplinary management in Resource-limited Settings."

This presentation will focus on strengthening our knowledge of early detection strategies, optimizing referral pathways, improving surgical management techniques, and fostering coordinated care approaches for children with Retinoblastoma (RB).
