Philippine Hearts Association Zamboanga Peninsula Chapter held a CPR awareness event at Don Pablo Lorenzo Memorial High School in celebration of World Heart Month. Students and staff actively participated in hands-on CPR training, learning essential lifesaving skills and gaining a deeper understanding of heart health. Earlier today, in observance of World Heart Month, the Philippine Hearts Association Zamboanga Peninsula Chapter successfully conducted a CPR awareness event at the Filipino Turkish Tolerance School. It was an important opportunity for everyone to learn lifesaving techniques and raise awareness about heart health. Thank you to all who participated and helped make a difference in saving lives!

Last October 11, 2024, the Philippine Heart Association – Zampen Chapter held a CPR training at New Zamcelco, Putik, Zamboanga City. Nearly 100 participants joined us as we shared life-saving skills and discussed important topics like #52100 and angina awareness.

Cardiac emergencies can happen anytime, anywhere—that's why knowing CPR is essential.
