Last February 13, 2026, Saint Joseph School Foundation Incorporated conducted an earthquake drill simulation led by Sir Jhong together with the ZPPSU-DRRMO team.

โ›‘๏ธ The First Aiders were given the chance to show how prepared they are during emergencies โ€” staying calm, responding properly, and working together in times of disaster.๐Ÿค

A simple drill, but a powerful reminder that readiness and teamwork truly make a difference.

Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable types of cancer, yet many of us remain unaware of how simple prevention can be. Every woman deserves access to information that can protect her health. Through regular screening, HPV vaccination, and proper education, the risk can be greatly reduced.

Let us use this month of January as we celebrate "Cervical Health Awareness Month" to spread knowledge, support one another, and encourage women to prioritize their health without fear or stigma. Let's encourage open conversations and remind everyone that early detection truly saves lives. ๐ŸŒธ

As we all prepare for our exams, the SJSFI - First Aiders Club would like to remind everyone that taking care of your health is just as important as studying.

This is a reminder for you to:
๐Ÿง  Give your mind some time to rest.
๐Ÿ’ง Make sure to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Eat proper meals and donโ€™t skip them.

Itโ€™s okay to feel pressured, but remember to trust yourself, take it one step at a time, and do your best.Your First Aiders are always here, cheering you on.

Today, the SJSFI - First Aiders Club, together with the Student Guides (SG) and Supreme Student Council (SSC), attended a seminar-workshop on first aid! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’‰

Thank you so much to the Zamboanga Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (ZDRRMO) for sharing their knowledge and some important skills with us on how to handle real-life emergencies.๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš•๏ธ

This seminar reminded us how important preparedness, quick thinking, and teamwork really are when it comes to saving lives. Our aiders are now more confident and ready to be the first responders during emergenciesโ€”not just in school, but wherever they are needed. ๐Ÿ‘โค๏ธ
