West Metro Medical Center is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team of professionals committed to quality care and service.

We are now hiring for the following positions:

✅ Staff Nurse
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Registered Nurse with updated license
• Fresh graduates or at least 6 months of relevant clinical experience
• Knowledge in IV Therapy and Basic Life Support
• Computer literate
• Personable, customer/client-focused, with good therapeutic communication skill, assertive, and with good judgment

✅ Hemodialysis Nurse
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Registered Nurse with updated license
• Open to fresh graduates or those with at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Knowledge in IV Therapy, Basic Life Support, Advance Cardiac Life Support, With 1 month Hemodialysis Training by Accredited Hemodialysis Center
• Skilled in operating and handling dialysis machines and other equipment in the unit.

✅ Pharmacist
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Registered Pharmacists with updated license
• With or without experience
• Must have attended continuing education seminars/conventions/trainings
• Computer literate, flexible, good analytical skills

✅ Junior Programmer
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS).
• At least four (4) years experience in related field such as, but not limited to, computer programming.
• Knowledge in computer software, hardware, and data communications.
• Strong skills in systems analysis and design.
• Excellent supervisory and managerial skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

West Metro Medical Center is honored to have joined the 19th Founding Anniversary of WESMINCOM through its Medical Mission at Mariki, Zamboanga City on August 23, 2025.

Our team gladly extended healthcare services to the community, including assistance in Tuli, medical consultation, ECG monitoring, glucose testing, and Digital Front Door (DFD).

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Western Mindanao Command, AFP for inviting us to be part of this meaningful initiative, allowing us to continue our commitment of bringing quality healthcare closer to the people.
