Zamboanga City Medical Center conducted its 3rd Quarterly Updates and Developments (QUAD) Meeting on October 16, 2025. This platform serves as a regular venue for reviewing key institutional updates and promoting transparency, informed decision-making, and interdepartmental coordination across the hospital’s operational areas.

The meeting highlighted major performance areas and institutional updates, including:
• Presentation of the Hospital Statistical Report by the Health Information Management Section
• Financial Updates and Departmental Income Reports by the Finance Division
• Procurement Performance of all Departments
• Governance and Management Framework for Information and Technology by the Innovations and Information Systems Unit

The QUAD Meeting aims to provide an evidence-based decision-making environment for hospital leadership, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and regulatory requirements. It also reinforces the hospital’s commitment to operational accountability. Department heads participated in the meeting to ensure a coordinated approach in streamlining hospital processes.

ZCMC continues to strengthen its governance mechanisms to sustain high standards of service delivery and institutional integrity.
