📌Requirements for XRAY :
⚠️CHEST X-ray : ID only
⚠️Other Xray : ID and doctor’s official request
📌Requirements for ULTRASOUND :
〽️PELVIC/OB ultrasound (more than 4 months or baby bump visible) : ID only
〽️PELVIC/OB ultrasound (very early/for evaluation if pregnant) : ID and doctor’s request
〽️Other ultrasound : Advisable that you acquire a referral from your doctor (so we know what preparations you need to do)
⛔️You can also come as WALK-IN as first come first serve basis.⛔️
