Today, we came together to celebrate mental health, hope, and healing. Our event highlighted the importance of emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and support for one another.

Through interactive sessions, discussions, and shared smiles, we reminded ourselves that mental health is not a luxury — it’s a necessity.
Each activity, from open conversations to creative expressions, reflected our belief that change begins when we start talking and caring.
