Jinnah College of Nursing Abbottabad is the part of project PEPS named as Professional education & promotion society established in 2002. This is a registered society under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agency Ordinance 1961. Jinnah College of Nursing Abbottabad was started as Jinnah School of nursing for 3 years nursing diploma programme in 2016 and upgraded to the level of nursing college in 2019. Jinnah College of Nursing Abbottabad is recognized by Pakistan Nursing, Council and registered by Health Foundation, Govt of KPK and Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA) KPK.

Classroom Decoration Competition – A Celebration of Creativity and Teamwork

A classroom decoration competition was held today among all four batches, each presenting unique and vibrant themes. The event served as a platform for students to showcase their creativity, teamwork, and artistic expression.
This wonderful initiative was taken by the Principal, aiming to foster collaboration, healthy competition, and a sense of ownership among students.
The efforts were highly appreciated by the Dean, Project Director, and Registrar, who praised the students for their innovative ideas and collective spirit.

A highly informative and interactive faculty development session was conducted today on “Constructing High-Quality MCQs and Exam Blueprint”, led by Dr. Seep Zubairi, Controller of Examinations. Basic Life Support (BLS) Session at Jinnah College of Nursing, Abbottabad

Today, on 3rd July 2025, Jinnah College of Nursing Abbottabad organized a comprehensive Basic Life Support (BLS) training session for its students, faculty members, non-teaching, and auxiliary staff. This initiative was taken in light of the recent surge in sudden cardiac arrest cases, emphasizing the critical importance of timely and effective first response.
The session was conducted by experienced trainers who demonstrated essential life-saving techniques, including CPR and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Participants actively engaged in hands-on practice, enhancing their confidence and readiness to respond in emergency situations.

JCNA Enhances Emergency Response with Fire Safety Training

On 20 June 2025, Jinnah College of Nursing Abbottabad conducted a Fire and Safety Lecture & Demonstration for teaching staff and students in the WILRS lawn.

Chief Security Officer SSP (R) Zain Khan Jadoon supervised the session, while Safety Officer Mr. Nadir Khan demonstrated hands-on fire response drills.

The training equipped attendees with critical emergency management skills, elevating campus safety protocols. We commend the officers for their expertise and participants for their proactive engagement.
